Yes. Cartuna is not gambling: you're buying a collectible, and every summon delivers a real, physical card. The surprise is which card you got, not whether you win.
Are the cards genuine?
Yes. We only work with genuine collectible cards, sourced on the market and kept in our physical stock.
Can the summoner deliver a card that isn't in stock?
No. The summoner only draws from cards we physically have in stock. If a rarity is sold out, it simply isn't part of the draw.
How does shipping work?
You choose which cards from your collection you want to receive. Shipping starts at 7 cards and costs 16 MonDollars, charged on confirmation. We ship anywhere in the United States, from inside the USA.
What if I don't request shipping for a card?
If the 30-day window ends without a shipping request, the card is automatically converted to MonDollars at the value of its rarity, for you to use on new summons. You never lose value.
Is there a deadline to request shipping?
Yes. You have 30 days to request shipping. After that, the card is automatically converted to MonDollars in your account.
Is the draw fair?
Yes, and it's verifiable. We use an auditable system where the result is set on the server with cryptography and can be checked by you afterwards.
