Terms of the Founder Offer

What this page is
Cartuna has not launched in the United States yet. This page only collects sign-ups for our Founder list. Joining costs nothing, and no payment is collected here.
Who can join
You must be 18 or older and a resident of the United States to join the Founder list and to redeem the launch offer.
The free launch card
Founders receive a code, at launch, good for one free summon that delivers one genuine physical collectible card. The card itself is free; shipping is paid separately when you request delivery. The specific card is determined at random from the available stock, so we cannot promise a particular card, set or rarity.
Founder spots
Founder status is limited to the first 500 sign-ups. Spots are counted in the order sign-ups are received. If the list fills, later sign-ups join a general waitlist and may not receive the Founder benefits.
No purchase, no wager
Every summon delivers a real physical card. There is no losing outcome, no cash prize, and no cash-out. Cartuna is a retailer of collectible cards, not a game of chance.
Changes
We may change or end the Founder offer before launch. If we do, we will tell everyone on the list by email. Nothing on this page is a binding commitment to launch on any particular date.
Authenticity
We sell only genuine, authentic product sourced from established US distributors and marketplaces.
