Who we are
Cartuna is an independent reseller of collectible trading cards. This page collects sign-ups from people who want to be notified when we launch in the United States (our Founder list).
Information we collect
On this page we collect only what you type into the form: your name, email address and, optionally, your phone number, plus the date and time of your submission and the IP address the submission came from.
How we use it
We use your information only to tell you about the launch and to send your free card code. If you gave us your phone number and checked the SMS box, we may also text you about the launch. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
SMS is optional and never required to join the list. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for assistance.
Sharing
We use email and messaging providers to deliver these communications, and analytics and advertising tools (including the Meta pixel) to measure how people find this page. We share with those providers only what they need to perform that service.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in the message, and reply STOP to any text. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell it), by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we will delete the record.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as you are interested in the launch, or until you ask us to delete it.
